Simple Rules - SELLERS

• Services/Products that are offered by sellers on Ayshe are called "Items".
• Each Item must be onsale for under $10.
• Sellers must be available via email for direct contact with Buyer.
• Sellers is to provide Ayshe with full contact details of oneself, 25 word description of item, image of item (optional), email address linked to sellers PayPal account.
• Seller has 48hours to make contact with the Buyer.
• Seller is responsible to scan all transferred files for viruses and malware. Ayshe will not be held responsible for any damages caused by infected files.
• Make sure you describe your item’s final deliverable in detail. Indicate amounts, durations, file formats etc.
• Seller's Positive Feedback - encourage your customer to leave feedback with Ayshe’s database by emailing info@ayshe.org
• Work quality and buyer feedback have a dramatic affect on your Positive Feedback Score.
• All payments are made direct to sellers PayPal account. Please make sure to use your valid and current PayPal email address.
• Seller must pay an initial “one off” $20 upload fee.
• Seller has 24 hours to make any changes to it’s listing.  Changes must be made in writing.
• Seller must advise Ayshe in writing for their listing to be removed.  Should there be a delay in withdrawing the item, the seller is responsible for the full refund to the client should a purchase be made.
• Should you not be able to deliver the product/service on time, you are to contact the buyer within the 48 hour period to make alternative arrangements or refund their money.

Buyers

• Buyers have direct contact with the seller.  Ayshe advises, you should contact the seller before purchasing should you have any queries regarding the product/service.  Ayshe is not responsibile for any direct purchases made via this site.
• Purchases are made direct to Sellers PayPal account.  Some sellers will prefer other methods of payment, Ayshe advises you please make sure you use secure methods, do NOT give your credit card details direct to any seller.
• Once payment is confirmed, your order is automatically sent to the seller.
• Sellers have the option to reject an order if they can't handle it on time. If for any reason your order gets rejected, your money is to be refunded by the seller unless other arrangements are agreed to.

General Terms

• Spammers are a disgusting breed, we apologise if you encounter them via our site!
• Ayshe reserves the right to place on hold or terminate any listing without notice or refund.
• Ayshe encourages our buyers and sellers to resolve any issues between themselves. If for any reason this fails, you can contact us here.
